Customer support that knows your business
A customer asks a question that crosses a product guide, a policy and an earlier support case. A generic answer misses the exception that matters.
Back to use cases ↑- Bring together
- Product documentation, current policies, troubleshooting notes and permitted support records.
- What Gigabrain connects
- Connect a product and its version to the relevant policy, known issue and resolution. Keep old instructions distinguishable from current guidance.
- What your agent can help you do
- Equip your support chatbot to answer with your product knowledge, explain the next steps and bring the relevant case history into every handover. Give customers an answer grounded in your business, with sources your team can inspect.

Setup and checks
Start with internal reply drafts. A customer-facing chatbot also needs a chat interface, retrieval integration, access controls and escalation rules. Customer records must stay within the appropriate account boundary.
Check it works: Test ordinary questions, exceptions and questions with no answer in your sources. Check that private cases never appear in another customer’s response.
