Refund Policy
Version: 2026-09-16 · Policy by Gigabrain Labs.
Seven-calendar-day digital-product guarantee, measured from successful delivery.
A System-only purchase is refundable in full during that period. If you bought System with the Loop Pack, you may request a full digital refund or refund the Loop Pack alone.
A Loop-Pack-only refund returns the amount actually paid for that component, including its allocated tax. We remove the Loop Pack and its associated benefits, invalidate outstanding Full Edition download links and issue a replacement System Edition. Your System licence stays active.
For bulk purchases, we refund the discounted amount paid for the covered component and its allocated tax. The seven-day digital guarantee starts when that recipient receives their download. Refunding one recipient does not end other recipients' licences or change their prices.
A guided setup and business-scoping session is refundable until the booked session begins. After it begins, the service fee is non-refundable except where law or non-delivery requires otherwise. A service refund leaves the System licence active.
Use the refund request form and enter the purchase email so we can match the right order. You may tell us what did not work, but that answer is optional and does not affect an eligible refund. Approved refunds return to the original payment method; bank and card processing times vary.
A full digital refund ends the covered licence and its downloads, updates, marketplace and affiliate rights. Your own notes and content remain yours. Every delivered copy remains attributable to its licence identifier. The commercial guarantee is once per person. Statutory consumer rights always override this policy.
