Refund Policy

Seven-calendar-day digital-product guarantee, measured from successful delivery.

System, Lifetime, and Team purchases are refundable in full during that period. Concierge has two parts: its $397 Lifetime digital licence follows the seven-day rule, while its $1,100 service fee is refundable until the booked session begins. Once the session begins, the service fee is non-refundable except where law or non-delivery requires otherwise. You can receive a full Concierge refund if you ask within seven days of delivery and before the session begins.

How it works:

• Use the refund request form. The form asks for your purchase address so we can match the request to the right order.
• Acknowledge that your licence will end and that you will delete the Gigabrain product files. We do not ask for invasive proof of deletion.
• You may tell us what did not work. That answer is optional and never affects an eligible refund.
• An approved refund returns to the original payment method. Bank and card processing times vary.

What a refund means:

• Your licence terminates and your copies must be deleted. Anything you wrote - your own notes and content - remains yours, always.
• Your licence identifier is permanently revoked: no updates, downloads, future services, marketplace access, or affiliate entitlement.
• Every copy we deliver is watermarked with its licence identifier (LICENCE §6). A refunded copy remains attributable to its licensee, and keeping, using, or sharing it after termination is unlicensed use.
• The guarantee is once per person. We do not sell a second licence after a commercial-guarantee refund.
